When Shane and I were housebound, one of the biggest things we were looking forward to was getting a bulldog, aka Bettie (yes, I already had her named). Now that we're temporarily renting, Bettie will have to wait a little longer until she can come "home." I miss Bettie (yes, despite never meeting here). There truly is a soft spot in my heart for the breed that some may call ugly. There are very few things in this world that can bring an instant smile to my face as fast as a bulldog.
Some day Bettie will be with us flaunting her muscle and her unique characterists to brighten our time together.
